What shipped, and when.

Version 1.4.0, October 10, 2026

• The whole app has a new layout: one sidebar with Create, Brand and Publish, a search field that jumps to any post or page with Ctrl K, and the same tables, status labels and page headers everywhere.
• New post is now three steps: topic, title, then a plan you can edit before anything is written. Reorder or drop sections, remove a product, then write.
• A post page is laid out as the blog page it becomes, with an "In this post" outline that stays beside you as you read and a post bar that slims down while you scroll.
• Share a finished post with anyone through a private link. Turn the link off and it stops working straight away.
• Trace shows the sources behind each answer, offers Try again when a reply fails and keeps its confirm cards to one sentence and what it costs.
• Brand profile has new Writing profile and Sources tabs that show who wrote each field, what Ryterr learned from each page and which pages are waiting to be read.
• Billing shows your invoices, and buying extra posts takes one dialog. A feature your plan does not include stays visible and explains what it needs when you try it.
• The fact check now removes any source it did not actually open and flags the post for review, and a re-run decides whether a post needs review by the same rule as the first check.

Version 1.3.0, October 7, 2026

• Ryterr reads the pages of your website you pick and builds your brand profile from them. Every fact keeps the sentence it came from, and what you write yourself is never overwritten.
• Competitors: Ryterr suggests sites you compete with and checks each one is a live site. On Solo it reads their key pages, compares features and prices, and suggests topics they cover and you do not.
• On Solo, your site is re-read every week and tracked competitors every month, and the dashboard lists what changed, including competitor price changes.
• The content calendar shows every scheduled and planned post by week, month or agenda. Pick a topic for any upcoming run, skip one, or add a one-off post.
• Connect Google Search Console to see clicks and impressions for each post and brand page, and get topic ideas from the searches that already find your site.
• Ask Trace what to write next: it leads with topics backed by your search data, and can start the post once you confirm.
• The dashboard now opens on what needs you first: failed runs, a broken connection, a schedule that paused, then everything else.
• Generated posts state things plainly: sentences that describe something by denying its opposite, and ironic asides, are rewritten before a post is saved.

Version 1.2.0, October 1, 2026

• Every post page shows its progress, its review and how to recover from a failed run, whether or not Trace is open.
• A finished post has Article, Review and Activity tabs. Review numbers every finding and every checked claim, and Mark reviewed sits beside them.
• Publish is a split button: one press publishes to your only destination, and the menu lists the rest.
• A post that fails is refunded once and only once, and a credit can no longer be lost if the server restarts mid-run.
• Autosave never overwrites a newer version of a post, so two open tabs can no longer undo each other's edits.
• Publishing keeps a renamed post's address in step on GitHub and webhooks, updates Ghost posts correctly and never runs two publishes of the same post at once.
• Sign-in, uploads and every request Ryterr makes to your site have stricter security checks.

• Trace, the assistant in your dashboard, is available to every account on every post and across the dashboard.
• Ask about a post's research, fact check or writing steps and get an answer drawn from what Ryterr stored, along with the steps Trace took to find it.
• Trace can export a post to Markdown or update its SEO title, slug and description, each only after you confirm.
• Generated posts are now checked for banned phrasing after they are written, in addition to the writing instructions that ask the model to avoid it.

• Research, drafting, verification, images, metadata, and review now run as one observable generation workflow.
• Domain workspaces keep editable brand context, voice instructions, visual direction, and topic suggestions together.
