Acceptable use
By using Ryterr, you agree to use the service lawfully and keep your account credentials secure. You may not use the service to:
- Generate content that breaks applicable law or infringes intellectual property rights
- Impersonate another person or organization, or publish content that claims to come from someone it does not
- Use a real person's face, voice or likeness without their explicit consent, or attribute words to someone that they did not say
- Create deepfakes, face swaps or other content meant to mislead people about who said or did something
- Create adult or sexual content, or content that harasses, threatens or promotes violence against anyone
- Send spam, or publish to a website you do not own or have permission to publish to
Ryterr is built for businesses writing about their own products and services. Images in posts are illustrations and diagrams, and Ryterr does not generate images of people. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Content responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. Ryterr provides tooling, not legal, medical, or compliance advice. The verification features are safeguards, not guarantees. Always review output before it goes live under your name.
You retain full ownership of the content you generate. We claim no rights to your posts, drafts, or domain data.
Billing
Lemon Squeezy is our payment provider, the merchant of record and the seller of your subscription and credit purchases. Your purchase is also covered by Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms, which are shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy calculates and collects sales tax and VAT where they apply, and issues your invoices.
Paid plans renew at the end of each billing period, monthly, quarterly or yearly, until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Deleting your account is different: it cancels any active subscription, so you are not charged again, because no account remains to use the rest of the period. The cancellation is not a refund. Unused posts and credits end with the account.
Refunds follow our refund policy. Failed generations are automatically refunded in full. You are never charged for a post that did not complete.
The monthly post allowance refills every month, on quarterly and yearly plans too, and unused posts do not roll over.
Service availability
We target high uptime but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and occasional third-party API outages may affect generation availability.
Account suspension
We can suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or behavior that impacts service reliability for other users. We will give reasonable notice when possible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ryterr is operated. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to arbitration.
